Terms of Service

As a donor participating in the Eubie Challenge, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including the roles and responsibilities of all participants.

  1. I understand that my gift designation to The University of Baltimore Fund for Excellence will receive all the monies that have been donated.
  2. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made through the Eubie Challenge.
  3. I understand that GiveGab retains a 3.5% fee from all donations. Credit Card processing fees are an additional 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
  4. I understand that donors are given the option to cover fees and if I choose this option, 100% of my online charitable gift will go to the receiving organization.
  5. I understand that any donations processed outside of the Eubie Challenge donation period through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations, are also subject to the transaction fees outlined above.
  6. I understand that all donations will be disbursed within 10 business days via electronic funds transfer minus transaction fees.
